Pear Salsa

I first made this pear salsa as a topping for my salmon bowls. It added great flavor and texture and made for a delicious addition to a nourishing main. Everyone in our family enjoyed it so much that we started serving it as a condiment alongside various dishes. Try it with roasted chicken or add it to fajitas and tacos to infuse them with a little fallish flavor!
